At The Parks Brand, we’re committed to high-quality products and a smooth experience. Below you’ll find how returns work, how and when we ship, and what to expect with packaging and addresses.
Returns & Replacements
What we accept
- We accept returns or replacements within 30 days of purchase only for:
- Manufacturing defects, or

Damage sustained during shipping/handling.
What we don’t accept

We do not accept returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selected, color preference, or general wear and tear).
How to report an issue
- Email us at support@theparksbrand.co with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
- Include clear photos of:
- The product (showing the defect or damage),
- The outer packaging/tube and shipping label,

Any internal protective materials.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage so we can file a timely carrier claim.
Resolution
- Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund (at our discretion).
- For approved returns due to defect or shipping damage, we’ll provide a prepaid return label if the item needs to be sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Information
Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping timelines and notifications. All timeframes below are business days and are estimates (not guarantees). You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)
- Posters: typically 7–10 business days
- Camping Mugs: typically 6–9 business days

Coasters: typically 5–9 business days
Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking information is sent when your order leaves our facility.
International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Typical delivery timeframe is 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Packaging

Posters: To ensure your poster arrives in perfect condition, we use high-quality protective materials. Posters are rolled and shipped in sturdy, triangle tubes designed to prevent transit damage.
Addresses, Delivery & Exceptions
Wrong or Insufficient Address
- If an address provided by you is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. As for return, as carriers usually don't prioritize returns, it can take 2-4 weeks for the package to get back to our warehouse. Once the order is returned and processed in our system, you'll receive an automated email with further instructions on how to issue a reshipment.

You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
Undeliverable/Unclaimed Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable or unclaimed can be reshipped once we receive updated details; reshipment fees apply.
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

First, check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. Many carriers mark packages as delivered up to 24–48 hours before actual drop-off.

If still not found after 48 hours, contact us and your carrier to initiate an inquiry. While we’ll do our best to help, we’re not responsible for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery (including theft).
Carrier & Customs Delays

Delays due to carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control. We’ll monitor tracking and assist where possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If production/shipment has already begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
